Notebook LM Post

     For Notebook LM, I added some info about fitness, healthy eating, and weight loss. I wanted to see how it would organize everything and explain it. My prompt was , "summarize simple and realistic strategies for sustainable weight loss." 

    The results were actually pretty good. It broke everything down into clear ideas like consistency, diet, and excerice, and explained them in a simple way. It didn't feel confusing or overwhelming. 

    I also asked a follow up question about staying consistent, and it gave helpful tips like setting realistic goals and building habits. It felt like something I could actually use. 

    Overall, I think notebook lm is really useful tool for getting ideas and organizing information. You just have to make sure you still put things in your own words and make it personal
